We are passionate about offering fresh, seasonal food which represents the ‘Best of British’ and we’re regularly change our menus to reflect what’s in season. We’re also proud to be using some of the finest suppliers around, trying to keep it local wherever possible.

So whether you’re after pub classics such as Young’s Ale battered cod and triple cooked chips, our juicy prime British beef burger or lighter dishes such as our goat's cheese & baby spinach wrap, we've got it covered.

Sundays deserve a special mention, our secret recipe Bloody Marys are the perfect way to start your day before tucking into one of our incredible roasts. Forget the hassle of cooking and washing up, and join us for a chilled, relaxing Sunday. The most difficult decision will be choosing between 21 day aged Sirloin of beef, Dingley Dell Farm roast pork, lemon & thyme roasted chicken or homemade root veg and nut roast. Afterwards relax with a board game or the Sunday papers whilst you make room for one of our delicious desserts!

We serve food all day, every day until 10pm (9pm on Sundays) and you can eat in the pub, in the garden or downstairs in Fawn Bar whilst enjoying the big game!

Whether it be for after work drinks, a birthday party, an engagement party or a celebration of life, we have the perfect space to ensure your occasion is as special as the person you have planned it for. Fawn Bar - 50 People Standing / 35 Seated* Conservatory - 30 Standing / 20 Seated* Garden - 60 Standing / 50 Seated* The main bar is also available to hire as well as the smaller areas, such as the snug and we even have a place by our roaring fire to keep you toasty during the winter months. With our sharer boards you can mix and match your order, all we ask is that you choose a minimum of 5 items per board. We do require 7 days notice so pre-orders are essential for us (this will make your celebration seamless too). Prices may change due to seasonality so please check when booking with us.
